Humans Are Sometimes Not Very Smart

My friend Turbo says that 'humans are stoopid'. With headlines like these I must admit that Turbo may be right. Just look at this article here. To hay with the money, what about the Peanuts???? Oy.

    Yes, humans are stupid. And they should be pitied.

    So, if I read that article correctly, they don't intend to pull over any trucks other than peanut trucks?

    What about the Peanuts, indeed!
