I can't take credit for this, but I sure wish I could.  No, my friend Snowcatcher, here, sent me the link.  It is priceless and quite possibly the very BEST Christmas story I have ever read.  Check it out, here, and I bet you will agree!  Happy Yule!

    i always use parchment paper. i guess i am just in the habit. and i like how it works! for many recipes, i just wipe it off and reused it too! off to check out the story!
