Happy Easter!

Hey! It's me!  Do I look like I'm happy about this?  I ask you ... where is the dignity?  I feel like I'm in a Cadbury commercial.    Anybody got a chocolate egg?  Oy.

HAPPY EASTER!

I'm sorry you have to wear the bunny ears, but you do look cute. Do you need me to file any sanctions for you?

Dear Kelly,
Peanut? There are Peanut suits? WHY or why didn't anyone tell me?????

Marigold said...

Dear Turbo,
Yes. :)

Dear Marigold, Had no idea bunny ears were such a fashion statement. Now I'm in trouble with Riversong. I didn't get the ears. Next holiday, can somebody warn me?

Marigold said...

Dear Tyche's Minder,
Next holiday the GOATMOTHER can wear the stupid ears.

Marigold, I think you should seriously consider getting yourself an agent, you may well be missing a trick here!

Happy Easter!

In your Easter Bonnet,
With all the ears upon it,
You'll be the best Nu-bee-an
In the Easter Pa-ra-a-a-ade....

I sense a movie role in the near future. Or at the very least a cover gig for Cosmogoatican magazine.

You look mahvelous, dahling. :)

Dear Faith,
An agent? Hmmm... Indeed! He or she could negotiate Peanuts for me! But would I have to wear ears?

Marigold said...

Dear Mrs. Micawber,
Thahnk you, I am shuah. Now then. That would be MINI Nubian. I choose to ignore the Nubian half in favor of the more intelligent Nigerian half. And have you forgotten? http://marigold-goatphilosophy101.blogspot.com/2008/02/who-knew.html Or perhaps you did not know me then...

Mrs. Micawber said...

Dear Marigold,

"Mini-Nubian" just didn't fit the meter. Something had to go, and I'm afraid it was the Mini. :)

Off now to read the link....

Back now from the link, and whoa!

Who'd-a thunk it?

(Does this make me a reverse prophet?)

I know what you mean. Humans and their silly costumes for us. I do hope you and all your people are doing well.

Marigold said...

Dear Mrs. Micawber,
I quite understand. Sometimes a word-smith simply has to make adjustments.

Marigold said...

Dear Mrs. Micawber,
A reverse prophet? Hmmm... a Retrograde Clairv-OY-ant, perhaps???

Marigold said...

Dear Millie,
Ah, with your human you should be well versed in the art of costumery. Not saying that is necessarily a good thing, mind you. :) We are all good. Behind, but good.

Is that...is that YOU, Marigold? My, I hardly recognized you! You do look adorable, though. And what a beautiful display of your willingness to go the extra mile for Goatmother.

Marigold said...

Dear Ginnie,
I know. Hard to believe, isn't it? Oy.

Snowcatcher said...

Chocolate eggs?!?! What about chocolate peanuts???

I have a feeling you're not going to like me anymore after my next comment, but I can't help myself. I think the ears are adorable! But a peanut costume would be BOSS!

Marigold said...

Dear SnowCatcher,
The Goatmother does NOT need any help. Sheesh.

May I say what a perfect lapin you make. Now I do wonder if you are half NIGERIAN dwarf or half NETHERLAND dwarf. I will have to look through the record books.

Marigold said...

Dear Goatfarmer,
Netherland, Nigerian. Doesn't matter I suppose. They both begin with 'N'. Don't you remember? What kind of a farmer are you?
